Come meet our people

One of the cool things about small business is the interesting people you meet along the way.  In a local food business, people have passion for eating naturally, creating great products, or solving a problem they had.
And you can meet them!
On Nov. 4th and 5th, we have having a new event called Sneak Peek.  We've invited a bunch of our vendors and artisans to showcase their talent and give you a great opportunity for holiday shopping, hostest gifts, or the joy of meeting all these interesting people.
Join us Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 4/5, from 10-3 and you'll be able to meet these artisans on they day they've chosen to share their journey with you.
Arriving on Saturday, Nov. 4:
Hunter Brothers Coffee - Many of you have sampled the incredible coffee these brothers, Tim and Paul, make and have added it to your home.  They will be offering samples and bringing their grinder so you can have fresh ground or bean coffee the next morning.
Stone's Throw Farm - This is an alpaca farm whose dryer balls we stock.   (Something I didn't know I needed but I love them).  They have a ton of other products they'll bring with them.  But most excitingly, they will bring the ALPACAS!!!!!
Leona's Ice Cream - I wish I could record people's excited reaction when they see we've started to stock this product.  People love this lactose free ice cream and you will too.  Leona's will be here giving out samples of one of their newest flavors!
Primal Palate - A friend of mine suggested I contact this local company and I wish I had sooner.  Their spices are amazing!  So clean without any gook, tastes amazing, and makes a huge difference in quick cooking.  I've never actually met them so I'm super excited they are coming.
Pretzel Crazy - These creatively covered pretzels and marshmallows have been used to delight children, solve a sugar craving and motivate a 4th grade boys basketball team to have an great practice (my personal favorite way to use this product).  Wait until you see these masterpieces that you can eat.
Just an e - This stuff is adorable!  I meet Abbe at an I Made It market and her stuff just jumped out for it's creativity and fun patterns.  We stock her wine and coffee cozies but she'll be bringing a bunch of other items you will love!
Joining us Sunday, Nov. 5th from 10-3:
Steel City Salt - I was in the Strip District one day and someone told me I had to check out this salt.  It is fantastic!!! Unique and great tasting salt blends and John is super nice too.
Blue Goose Naturals - This lotion stops people in their tracks because it feels so good.  Come meet Amanda with more lotions and soaps and bath bombs and other great stuff for your home or for a friend.
Barefoot Woodworker - You know those wooden bowls you drool over in the store?  Well, Russ will be joining us on Sunday with more bowls and other amazing products.  Ask your questions.  He can tell you all about wood types, how to take care of them, and show you some unique pieces he's created.
Leaf and Twig Tea - This is another artist I found at an I Make It market and her cute tins called me over.  Any loose leaf tea fans out there?  Come see the variety of teas and other products you'll love in your home.
Camp Copeland Glass - Their Pittsburgh coaster catches the eyes of most people as they walk through our store.  But they create so many other interesting products with glass that you'll love to check them out.
Bryner's Classics - This husband wife team are some of my favorite people to talk to and you'll love to taste their hot sauce.  Come sample their varieties or pick up a sample box as a gift.
And, just because they can't get enough of us, Hunter Brothers Coffee will be back on Sunday with samples and their grinder again!
