Event space ready for you

Posted by Robin Abel on

When we looked at possible locations in Zelie, we loved the space we're in now because of the possibility.  Obviously we needed retail space for the local products but this space also has a finished lower level that was open to all sorts of possibilities.  What could we do with all this extra space?  Almost anything!  Our desire is that this space is used by the community for connecting people.  How can we help you connect, get healthy, grab a win for your organization, or enjoy family time?   1. Put the pretty things on top!

It's been a honor to meet and develop relationships with other small business owners.  When you understand there is a story behind every business and people are there not simply to have a job but build something special, you tend to slow down and see these owners has humans.  You ask questions, you have conversations rather than transactions, and they tend to become part of your journey even in the smallest of ways.   One of these owners is Ann, who created The Holistic Pet Nutrition Center in Harmony.   Through the last few years of dog ownership, I've had many conversations...

Jam brings us together!

We hosted a few new friends for dinner the other week.  We don't know each other very well so I wasn't sure exactly what to make for dinner.  Breakfast seems to be a pretty safe bet.  The refrigerator was filled with bacon, sausage and eggs and I made biscuits.  Maybe someone would make a breakfast sandwich, maybe eat them all separately, who knows.  But those basic elements gave people a starting point.   The biscuits went out and we started grabbing jams to slather on them. Turns out, I have a ridiculous amount of jams and jellies in the refrigerator!...
